3. App Experience
Novella AI provides AI-powered story, character, and entertainment experiences. Output may be generated dynamically and may vary each time. You are responsible for how you use, save, interpret, and share any content created through the app.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Novella AI, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions of the app, violate applicable law, or use the app to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or exploitative content.
5. Subscriptions and Coins
Novella AI may offer paid subscriptions and coin purchases. Subscriptions may unlock premium access during the active subscription period. Coins are digital items used within the app and may be consumed when you access eligible features. Prices, packages, availability, and benefits may vary by region, platform, and time.
6. Payments, Renewal, and Cancellation
Payments are processed through the Android app store or another authorized payment provider. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal according to the store provider's rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the store account used for purchase.
7. Refunds
Refund requests for app store purchases are handled according to the rules and procedures of the applicable Android app store or payment provider. Novella AI does not guarantee refunds for consumed coins, elapsed subscription periods, or digital content already delivered, except where required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
Novella AI, including its design, features, branding, software, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to the app operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app in accordance with these terms.
9. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, content, subscriptions, coin packages, or the app itself at any time. We may also update these terms when needed. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
10. Disclaimers
Novella AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or that generated content will meet every expectation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novella AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the app.
