1. Agreement to Membership Terms
By purchasing, activating, or using a Novella AI membership, you agree to this Membership Agreement, the User Agreement, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use a membership.
2. Eligibility
Membership is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. By purchasing or using membership benefits, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Membership Benefits
A Novella AI membership may provide premium story access, enhanced AI experiences, exclusive scenes, usage allowances, member-only features, or other digital benefits described in the app at the time of purchase. Benefits may depend on the selected plan, region, device, app version, and availability.
4. Subscription Plans
Novella AI may offer weekly, monthly, annual, promotional, trial, or other subscription plans. The price, billing period, renewal terms, and included benefits will be shown before purchase in the Android app store or authorized payment flow.
5. Automatic Renewal
Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. You authorize the applicable Android app store or payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your store account for each renewal.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through the Android app store account used for purchase. Cancellation generally stops the next renewal and does not automatically refund the current billing period. Membership benefits may remain available until the end of the paid period unless the store provider or applicable law states otherwise.

Trial or promotional membership offers may be limited by time, user, region, platform, or other conditions. If a trial converts into a paid subscription, the applicable charge will occur unless the subscription is canceled before the trial ends according to the store provider's rules.
8. Coins and Membership
Coins are separate digital items unless expressly included in a membership plan. A membership does not guarantee unlimited coin use unless the purchase screen clearly states otherwise. Coins may be consumed when used for eligible app features and may not be returned after use except where required by law.
9. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by the Android app store or authorized payment provider according to its policies. Novella AI does not control store refund decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, subscription periods already provided, consumed coins, and delivered digital benefits are non-refundable.
10. Changes to Membership
We may modify membership plans, benefits, prices, availability, and feature limits. Material changes will be presented in the app, on this page, or through the applicable store flow where required. Continued use of membership benefits after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate membership benefits if we reasonably believe the app has been misused, payment has failed, entitlement verification cannot be completed, or continued access would violate these terms, the User Agreement, law, or platform rules.
12. No Transfer
Membership benefits, subscriptions, coins, and digital items are personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable licenses for use within Novella AI. They do not represent cash, stored value, property, or ownership interest.
13. Relationship to Other Terms
This Membership Agreement supplements the User Agreement. If there is a conflict between this Membership Agreement and the User Agreement regarding paid membership benefits, this Membership Agreement controls for those benefits.
